Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 500-700 gr. thinly sliced baked beef

Marinating Sauce:

  • 3/4 Art. low salt soy sauce
  • 1/4 Art. water
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable or butter for frying
  • Hot pepper seeds (optional)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Put slices in sauce beef for at least an hour. Fry them in a frying pan in oil in for 4 minutes on each side or until soft.
