  • 3.5 tbsp. lightly salted chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) Unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 Art. chopped parsley
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Bring the broth to a boil over medium heat. Cover and keep warm on the stove at the lowest temperature.
  2. In a large stewpan, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté the onion until translucent, about 8 min. Add the garlic and fry for 30 seconds. Pour rice and fry for about 2 minutes, until Rice do not absorb oil. Pour in the wine and boil until it is absorbed in rice, about 1 min.
