  1. Chop the almonds and fry in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Cut the cheese into small pieces. My cauliflower and divide into inflorescences.
  3. Heat the butter and half the vegetable oil in stew-pan. Fry cauliflower until golden brown. Solim and transfer to a bowl.
  4. Boil broth with sprigs of thyme.
  5. In the stewpan, where the cauliflower was fried, add the second half the vegetable oil, pour the rice and fry for 1 minute. Add the wine and cook until it evaporates. Pour 1 ladle and cook the broth until it is completely absorbed. Continue like this pour in 1 ladle until the broth runs out.
  6. Add cauliflower, almonds and cheese. Meticulously mix and arrange on plates. Enjoy your meal!
