- Melt the butter in a saucepan, add rice and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Bring the milk and cream to a boil.
- Add a quarter of the milk to the rice and cook, stirring until the liquid does not completely absorb. Add sugar and continue pour milk in small portions.
- My berries, remove the seeds from the cherry. Some berries set aside for decoration, add the rest with cinnamon in fig. Cook another 3 minutes.
