- Prepare 750 ml from a cube. broth.
- Chop the onion, cut the zucchini in half and chop semicircles 1 cm thick.
- We turn on the “Frying” mode, warm in the multicooker bowl 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the onion for 5 minutes. Add zucchini and fry another 3 minutes.
- Pour rice, add the broth and turn on the “Croup” mode for 25 minutes.
- Feta knead with a fork.
- We cut olives into 4 parts. Grind basil and parsley. Mix feta, herbs, olives and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add to rice and turn on the “Preheat” mode for 10 minutes. Have a nice appetite!
