  1. Boil rice in advance. Transfer it to the pan, pour 300 ml of boiling water, bring to a boil. Salt and cook under the lid 5 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer another 15 minutes.
  2. Green peas and mini corn blanch in salted water with the addition of sugar for 5 minutes, then fold in a colander.
  3. Chop the garlic. Cut the pepper into small pieces.
  4. In a preheated pan, fry the garlic and pepper in oil in for 4 minutes. Then add the corn and peas, cook another 3 minutes.
  5. Mix rice and vegetables, pepper, salt and stew 1 a minute.
  6. Decorate the finished rice with watercress.
