  1. Chop the onion finely.
  2. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Pour oil into the stewpan, add onions and carrots, mix and fry for 5 minutes, then add a little water and simmer for minutes five.
  4. Add canned peas, mix and simmer for minutes 5-7. Salt, pepper.
  5. Wash rice and add to saucepan, mix well and add bring chicken stock to a boil and put on low heat. Boil for about 25-30 minutes until all the water has evaporated. ⠀ Enjoy your meal.
