  1. Cut zucchini, eggplant, pepper and fry with beans in vegetable oil. Add curry and chopped garlic.
  2. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add rice, coconut milk and pour boiling water so that water covered rice 3-4 cm.
  4. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until complete evaporation water.
