- We start slicing onions, hot pepper, garlic and zucchini. These toss the ingredients into a preheated pan. Cooking around 7 minutes.
- Then chop the tomatoes and add to the vegetables along with the tomato the sauce. Add oregano, cumin, pepper, salt and bay leaf. Everything mix.
- If you have Worcestershire sauce, then add it to the pan. We stir and cook over low heat for about 12 minutes.
- Before serving, remove the bay leaf and pour the finished rice vegetable sauce, sprinkled with grated cheese. Have a nice appetite!
