  1. Pour 1.5 into a pot with a thick bottom or a large stewpan tbsp oil, add cumin and a pinch of salt. Warm up 40 sec.
  2. Add rice, mix and pour 3 cups of boiling water. Bring to a boil, close the lid. On high heat cook 3 min, then reduce heat to medium and cook another 7 min. Then reduce heat to minimum and cook another 2 minutes. Turn off stove, wrap the pan with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
  3. Chop the onion finely.
  4. In a skillet heated with butter, cook peas with sugar 2 minutes.
  5. Add the onion, first the white part, then the green, mix and remove from heat.
  6. Mix with rice and serve. Enjoy your meal!
