- Coarsely chop peanuts with a knife.  

 - Boil rice until cooked.
 - Make a pesto sauce.  To do this, grind the basil in a blender, pine nuts and garlic, then pour in a thin stream of oil, salt and beat with pulsating movements.  

 - Roast the peanuts in a dry pan, then mix with rice.
 - Put rice on a plate, pour sauce on top. Have a nice appetite!
