Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 tbsp. boiled white rice
  • 225 gr. fresh porcini mushrooms
  • 225 gr. diced 0.5 cm. smoked or baked ham
  • 2 diced medium onion heads the size
  • 110 gr. butter
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 2 tbsp. l seasoning salts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp monosodium glutamate (read about flavor enhancers)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a pan of 4 liters. put peas to warm rice and pickle from a can. Cover the pan so that most of the liquid from peas soaked in rice.
