  1. Melt the butter in a pan. Peeled garlic cut in half and put in a pan. Then pour a glass rice, stir.
  2. Pour boiling water, leave to simmer under the lid over low heat 15-20 minutes.
  3. Finely chop dill and chives.
  4. In the finished rice add greens and butter, salt and mix well.
