- In a saucepan, mix water with turmeric and salt, bring to boil over medium heat.
- In a preheated frying pan with oil, fry cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and almonds. Fry until golden brown almonds.
- Add rice to the almonds and fry for about two minutes, grains should become translucent.
- Spread fried rice with almonds in boiling water with turmeric. Mix, add fire to strong, wait boiling.
