Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 225 gr. broccoli
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 170 gr shiitake mushrooms, cut into slices
  • 1 small bunch of green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. (about 170 gr.) frozen edamame soybeans without peel, thaw
  • 1 can (225 gr.) Chopped chestnut water chestnut, drain liquid and rinse
  • 1 tbsp. bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp. (about 85 gr.) peas, trim the ends and cut in half
  • 1/4 Art. salted teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp. l sriracha sauce, plus a little to serve
  • 3 tbsp. cooked brown rice
  • 4 large eggs

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the broccoli in a large bowl suitable for microwave ovens. Add 2 tbsp. l water, cover with cling film and microwave until bright green, about 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat 1 tbsp. l cooking oil over high heat in large pan with non-stick coating. Add the mushrooms laid out in one layer, and cook for about 4 minutes, without stirring, until mushrooms will not brown on the edges. Stir in broccoli. Cook stirring occasionally until broccoli warms up, about 2 minutes. Add green onions, edamame beans, water chestnut, bean sprouts, green peas, teriyaki and sriracha sauce. Keep cooking stirring until everything warms up, about 4 minutes.
  3. Arrange rice and vegetables in bowls. Wipe clean the pan and preheat the remaining 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil at moderate the fire. Beat the eggs and fry until thickened, about 2 minutes. Вput a fried egg on top of each bowl of rice and vegetables, top add sriracha sauce.
