Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1.5 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp seasoning curry
  • 3 plum tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp. basmati rice
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 Art. finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 tbsp. chopped mix of lettuce or young spinach
  • Juice 1/2 Lemon
  • 120 gr. smoked trout fiberized

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place eggs in a medium-sized pot and pour 5 over water see, bring to a boil, then remove from stove and let stand in within 10 minutes Place in a bowl of melt water and completely cool.
  2. Meanwhile, in a medium-sized stewpan, heat 1 tbsp. l olive oil at moderate heat.   3. Peel the eggs and cut into four parts. In a bowl mix lettuce with lemon juice remaining 1/2 tbsp. l olive oil, season the salad with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange rice on plates, lay smoked trout and eggs on top. Serve with salad.
