  1. Boil rice until cooked with salt. Then rinse thoroughly in cold water.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion. Grate carrots, previously peeled. Fry onions with carrots on pan with vegetable oil.
  3. Add corn to the finished vegetables (brine must be drained), rice, curry and turmeric.
  4. Mix everything and fry for a minute. We cover cover and leave to infuse for about 15 minutes.
