- Boil rice until cooked with salt. Then rinse thoroughly in cold water.
- Peel and finely chop the onion. Grate carrots, previously peeled. Fry onions with carrots on pan with vegetable oil.
- Add corn to the finished vegetables (brine must be drained), rice, curry and turmeric.
