  1. Boil rice until cooked.
  2. Finely chop the hands.
  3. Chanterelles are not very finely chopped.
  4. Dice the champignons.
  5. Fry the onions in a frying pan with butter, then add mushrooms, salt and mix.
  6. Add soy sauce, mix and add rice.
  7. Put out another 2-3 minutes. Serve to the table!
