  1. Peel the carrots, cut them smaller or grate grater.
  2. Cut celery stalks into small pieces.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a pan with a thick bottom. Put carrots there, fry for three minutes.
  4. Add celery and fry for another 5-10 minutes until soft vegetables.
  5. Add red hot peppers and tomato paste, salt and black pepper to taste. Put rice, mix everything.
