- In salted water, cook rice until cooked.
- Chop the garlic finely. In a jar with a lockable lid, mix all ingredients to season and shake well.
- Fry pumpkin seeds for 2-3 minutes in a dry pan. Pour into a plate and add salt. In the same pan melt 20 gr. butter and fry spinach 5 minutes.
- Cut the pulp of the pumpkin into medium cubes. In a deep pan melt 20 gr. butter, spread the pumpkin, add sugar, salt and fry for 10 minutes.
- Wash and chop the spinach.
- Add rice, spinach to the pumpkin, pour the dressing and mix. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds before serving. Enjoy your meal!
