  1. Cook rice until cooked for about 30 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the mushrooms and Beijing cabbage.
  3. Making rice sauce: mix tomato paste, rice vinegar, soy sauce and boiled water.
  4. Fry the mushrooms in a pan for 5 minutes, then add the rice and cabbage, pour in the sauce and simmer over low heat for 7 minutes.
