  1. Wash strawberries, dry on a napkin and chop coarsely. Spatter lime juice.
  2. Add brown sugar, mix and give to insist.
  3. We wash the round-grain rice, fill it with water, bring to a boil. Close the lid and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Add brown sugar, thick coconut milk and rice mix until milk is completely melted. Again cover and cook for another 15 minutes over low heat.
  5. We spread strawberries with juice on rice porridge (a little leave strawberries for decoration), mix, close the lid and give the berries a little warm for 3 minutes.
  6. Spread porridge on a plate, decorate with strawberries, pour over juice and sprinkle with grated zest of lime.
