I bring to your attention a great breakfast option – delicious rice porridge with strawberries and coconut milk. Coconut milk and lime juice will help to make porridge tender, with light citrus a note.

- Wash strawberries, dry on a napkin and chop coarsely. Spatter lime juice.
- Add brown sugar, mix and give to insist.
- We wash the round-grain rice, fill it with water, bring to a boil. Close the lid and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Add brown sugar, thick coconut milk and rice mix until milk is completely melted. Again cover and cook for another 15 minutes over low heat.
- We spread strawberries with juice on rice porridge (a little leave strawberries for decoration), mix, close the lid and give the berries a little warm for 3 minutes.
- Spread porridge on a plate, decorate with strawberries, pour over juice and sprinkle with grated zest of lime.
