  1. We wash the rice, pour it into the crock-pot, add the coconut milk, coconut, lemon juice and salt.
  2. Pour water and turn on the “Milk porridge” mode for 20 minutes.
  3. Add the pieces of pineapple, sugar, cinnamon stick and carefully mix.
  4. Cook another 5 minutes in the “Milk porridge” mode.
  5. Leave the porridge with the lid closed for 15 minutes.
  6. Before serving, decorate with mint leaves. Have a nice appetite!
