Recipe preparation:
- Before making rice, rinse it in running water until she will not be clean. Drain the colander for an hour. Cook on a stove or in an electric rice cooker, according to the instructions on packaging.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, mix vinegar, sugar and salt. Mix gently until the salt and sugar dissolve. Cool to room temperature.
