Recipe preparation:

  1. Before making rice, rinse it in running water until she will not be clean. Drain the colander for an hour. Cook on a stove or in an electric rice cooker, according to the instructions on packaging.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, mix vinegar, sugar and salt. Mix gently until the salt and sugar dissolve. Cool to room temperature.
  3. While the rice is still warm, transfer it to a large bowl of inactive material. Sprinkle rice with vinegar, blowing it as you make a hairdryer. Use the spatula for rice, to gently mix the rice without crushing the grains. Cover the rice with a damp cloth and keep it at room temperature. Do not refrigerate.
