  1. Boil the rice until cooked as indicated on the package.
  2. Zucchini grate.
  3. Chop the onion finely.
  4. In a bowl, mix zucchini, onions, rice. Add salt and pepper over to taste. Enter the flour, mix well.
  5. Fry in a pan heated with butter until tender, about 3 minutes on each side.
