  1. Boil bones with vegetables for 2 hours.

  2. Drain the broth, salt and boil the washed rice in it.

  3. Puree rice with a blender, add milk, butter. Boil the broth for 10 minutes.

  4. Before serving, dilute the yolks in cream and pour into soup.

  5. Cut the loaf into cubes, fry in vegetable oil and serve with soup. Rice Cream Soup
