This delicious dish of pork ribs can be prepared at home on holiday table, just for the coming New Year. obtained juicy, mouth-watering, melting in the mouth. A cabbage and mushrooms are in perfect harmony with meat. Savoy cabbage can be replace the Beijing one.

- Fry the onions in a frying pan in vegetable oil, lay out to it, ribs cut into the bones, lightly salt and pepper and fry for half an hour.
- Add the mushrooms, cut into a cube, fry together for ten minutes.
- Add chopped cabbage, fry for another ten minutes.
- Add tomatoes, diced, mix, with the need to add and after five minutes remove from heat.
