  1. Cut the ribs and fry on both sides in a pan.
  2. Pour in wine, add salt.
  3. Stew under the lid for about 40-45 minutes.
  4. Chop the onion finely.
  5. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.
  6. Fry the onions in a pan, then add the mushrooms. Cook for 7 minutes.
  7. Add cream and bring to a boil.
  8. Add flour and mix well.
  9. Bring to a boil again. The sauce is ready!
  10. Put the ribs, pour sauce on top. Have a nice appetite!
