- Cook the potatoes and carrots until tender, peel and cool. Cut into small cubes.
- In different bowls, mix the potatoes and carrots with a portion mayonnaise.
- Hard-boiled eggs and cool. We clear from a shell.
- Chicken breast and eggs are cut into small cubes.
- Grate the cheese.
- Grind nuts to medium crumbs.
- We sort out the pomegranate seeds.
- Lettuce will be laid out in layers in the culinary ring on a plate. Spread potatoes with the first layer, chicken with the second layer + mayonnaise, the third layer of nuts, the next layer is cheese with mayonnaise, then goes carrots, on top of the egg and the last layer – pomegranate seeds.
- Carefully remove the ring and serve the salad on the table.
