Red fish rolls on the festive table are cooked at home with various fillings. It goes well with smoked fish canned tuna, boiled rice filling with addition balsamic vinegar and sour cream. For beauty we tie tasty stuffed rolls with leek leaves.

We wash the rice 4-5 times, pour water (200 ml) and boil 10-12 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Then remove from heat and let stand for another 5-6 minutes until soft. Finished rice cool, add tuna chopped with a fork into it, balsamic vinegar, sour cream (1 tablespoon) and mix well. If a the mass is too thick, add another 1 tbsp. sour cream.

To soften the leaves of leek for decoration, put in boiling water, cook for 1 minute and put it in a colander.
