Red cabbage stewed with cider

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a saucepan with a thick bottom over medium heat, fry in olive oil for 5 minutes, one head of finely chopped red onions and one chopped apple without a peel. Add 1/2 to the pan head of finely chopped red cabbage, 1 tbsp. apple cider 3 tbsp. l red wine vinegar and 1/2 tsp coarse salt. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage won’t get soft.
