  1. Spread the butter in a large pan, add chopped onion with garlic. Cook for five minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add chopped cabbage and cubes of potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle with pepper and salt, mix. Cover with a lid and cook five minutes on low heat.
  4. Add broth, cover and cook for eight minutes on big fire.
  5. We put a couple of tablespoons of cabbage in a plate or bowl.
  6. We cook everything else for about five minutes, so that the cabbage is completely soft. Grind to a puree consistency. Serve with cabbage set aside earlier.
