- Prepare the products.

- Prepare a frying of vegetables. Fry until golden brown add salt.
- Add the beets, sugar and a little salt.
- Mix, add the broth, reduce the heat, close the lid. Put it out for 10 minutes.
- We cut the meat into cubes and add to the broth.
- After 20 minutes add the roast. Cook another 30 minutes. Borsch ready! Decorate with greens. Good appetite!
