- We wash the beans, pour cold water and leave for 2-3 hours.

- Add the water in which the beans were cooked. Cover with a lid and simmer until the vegetables soften for 30 minutes. Periodically adding water.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- We wash the greens and chop finely.
- Add the greens and garlic to the vegetables and mix.
- We throw the beans into a colander, pour the water into a separate a bowl.

- Add salt, dried garlic and paprika to taste. Mix.
- Add a little water from the beans and simmer over low heat under cover for 15-20 minutes.
