Lent is usually associated with not very tasty, fresh and dietary dishes, but this is not so! Fast it is possible with taste, and this recipe is proof of that. Cook at home tasty red bean lobio, serve as a hearty lunch. The dish is not made as difficult as it seems.

- Soak the beans in cold water for four hours, after rinse and fill with water, boil for two hours until soft. We recline in a colander, we save part of the broth.
