Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/4 of a head of red cabbage, chop (approx. 5 tbsp.)
  • 230 gr. Brussels sprouts, chop (approx. 2.5 tbsp.)
  • 1/3 Art. chopped chives
  • 1 sweet apple, with a peel of light orange and red interspersed (Celeste variety), cut into strips
  • 1/2 tbsp. kefir
  • 3 tbsp. l white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a salad bowl to prepare dressing: mix kefir with wine vinegar and olive oil. Add red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, chives and apples. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
