The combination of Beijing cabbage and almonds gives a unique taste, you need to try it! I advise you to cook at home a delicious salad of red and Beijing cabbage with almonds. Instead of almonds, if desired you can make this dish with hazelnuts, and replace Chinese cabbage with Savoyard.

- We shred red and Beijing cabbage with a knife, or special grater. Wash carrots, peel and rub on large grater.
- In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the dressing. Watering the resulting dressing shredded cabbage and carrots, well mix and let it brew for about 10 minutes.
- Peel the ginger and cut into small cubes, peel the red onion and cut into thin half rings. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry onions and ginger for 5 minutes, add chopped almonds and cranberries, fry for about 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and vinegar, fry for another 3 minutes.
- The contents of the pan are added to the carrots with cabbage. Cool, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
