- Cauliflower to disassemble for inflorescences. Pepper, Zucchini and cut celery into cubes.
- Then fry all vegetables in a pan for 10-15 minutes.
- Salt mussels, roll in flour and fry in butter on another in the pan. After 4 minutes add the stewed vegetables and olives, fry for another 2 minutes, salt and pepper.
