- Cut perch fillet into portions.
- Peel and chop the potatoes.
- Put potatoes in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add washed, soaked pearl barley. Cook 15 minutes.
- Grind onions, carrots and celery root and fry on pan in vegetable oil until a slight blush.
- Dice the cucumbers and fry with vegetables for another 5 minutes.
- Add tomato paste to carrots and onions, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the flour to the frying, mix. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour in a thin stream of 1-2 soup ladle there. Stir and boil for a couple of minutes.
- Pour tomato and vegetable mass into the broth, boil for 5 minutes. Salt the soup.
- Put pieces of fish in the soup and cook for 10-15 minutes on a slow the fire. 5 minutes before ready to pour greens.
