- My turkey liver, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Leave it alone for 5-7 minutes so that the liver absorbs the spices.
- Then roll the liver in flour and send it to fry on well preheated pan until cooked.
- The liver should be juicy and soft inside, and on top should get crusty.
