  1. My turkey liver, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Leave it alone for 5-7 minutes so that the liver absorbs the spices.
  2. Then roll the liver in flour and send it to fry on well preheated pan until cooked.
  3. The liver should be juicy and soft inside, and on top should get crusty.
