- Prepare the thighs of a rabbit, a hare, an egg, sunflower oil, onion, pepper, salt.
- Cut the flesh of the bones and prepare the forcemeat (you can blender). Add salt, pepper and one egg to the minced meat. You can add a little semolina, but it’s not for everybody.
- Take small portions of minced meat and take the shape of cutlets. For, in order to keep the cutlets better they must be rolled in flour or breadcrumbs. Preferred for this purpose. use crackers – cutlets dipped in flour often burn. Instead, cutlets can simply be beaten off by hitting them from a height of 30 – 40 centimeters on the table.
- We heat the pan over low heat, pour the sunflower butter and spread cooked tunic.
Fry for 10 minutes and remove them on plates. Can do this in the oven, baking cutlets at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20 minutes. At the same time we are preparing a side dish: vermicelli, rice, mashed potatoes, etc.
- If you fry it with fried eggs and put the eggs on top into cutlets, get a steak.
If the cutlets are fried in a pan (not in the oven), on cooking will take about 30 minutes.
