- Finely chop the mint leaves, remove the zest from the orange and squeeze it the juice.
- Quinoa thoroughly washed in warm water, boil until readiness. Lean back onto a sieve, spread in a bowl and spray peanut butter, orange juice. Sprinkle with mint and zest and that’s it mix.
- My strawberries and cut into slices. Warm up in a pan vanilla sugar and regular sugar with 1 tablespoon water. After the sugar is completely dissolved, spread the strawberries, mix and remove from heat. Let stand in the pan yet about 5 minutes.
- Mix strawberries and quinoa.
