- 110 gr. pods of sugar peas thinly sliced under angle
- 1 tbsp. l low salt soy sauce
- 1 shallot, chopped

Recipe preparation:
- Place quinoa with 2 tbsp. water into a small stewpan. Bring to boiling over high heat. Stir once, cover and reduce heat to a minimum. Keep boiling until water absorbed and quinoa does not soften (approximately 20 minutes). Clean with fire and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove the cover and loosen with a fork.
- Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp. sesame oil in medium pan with non-stick coating over medium-high heat. Add garlic and fry until flavor (approximately 1 minute). Pour the shiitake and continue cooking, stirring until mushrooms will not become soft (about 5 minutes). Add sugar peas, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Cook, stirring, until until the pods soften, remaining still crispy and bright green color (approximately 3 minutes). Remove from heat.
- Combine the boiled quinoa, mushroom mixture in a medium bowl, soy sauce, shallots and the remaining 2 tsp. sesame oil. Mix lightly to combine the ingredients. Additionally season with salt and pepper. Serve warm or roomy. temperature.
