  1. Rinse the quinoa, transfer to a saucepan, pour 500 ml of water, salt, bring to a boil and cook for 10-12 minutes. Then drain water.
  2. Slice baked peppers, beans and squash.
  3. Mix vegetables with quinoa, salt, pepper to taste. Arrange on plates and serve. Have a nice appetite!
