  1. Rinse quinoa, transfer to a stewpan, fill with water, salt, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes until cooked. Then drain water.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with oil, lay out broccoli and beans and fry, stirring occasionally, 3 – 4 minutes. Salt, pepper to taste.
  3. Transfer the prepared vegetables to quinoa and mix well.
