Quinoa with bell pepper and balsamic cream: video recipe

  1. Rinse quinoa, transfer to saucepan, pour 500 ml water, salt, bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes to readiness. If there is water left, drain it.
  2. For bell pepper, remove the stalk and seeds, cut its thin straws. In a pan heated over high heat, pour oil, warm it. Add bell pepper and stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Mix quinoa with bell pepper and balsamic cream. Salt if necessary. Enjoy your meal!
