- We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- Boil quinoa, following the instructions on the package. I usually I cook for 15-20 minutes (proportions 1 to 1 3/4 of water).
- Tomatoes, radishes cut into thin plates, carrots into thin slices using a peeler.
- Mix vegetables with arugula and quinoa, add olives.
- Mix olive oil with black salt and pepper.
- Water the salad with dressing and mix. Healthy and tasty salad ready! Such a salad can be consumed as a snack.
