  1. Boil quinoa until cooked according to instructions on packaging.
  2. Boil the beans until cooked, recline in a colander.
  3. Wash the cucumber and cut into cubes, green onion and cilantro and dry, then chop finely.
  4. We chop the pistachios with a knife.
  5. For dressing, mix chopped garlic, lime juice, oil, honey and narsharab. Add salt and pepper to taste.
