  1. First, pickle the onions. To do this, mix cold water with sugar and apple cider vinegar. Cut the onion into half rings and pour marinade.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the chicken liver into pieces and fry on oil.
  3. Boil eggs, peel and chop finely.
  4. Lettuce leaves coarsely torn with hands and put in deep a bowl.
