  1. Boil the chicken until cooked (about 35-40 minutes) in salted water with bay leaf and black pepper peas (to taste).
  2. Cook hard-boiled eggs. Peel and cut round circles.
  3. Boil carrots, peel and cut into circles.
  4. We take out the finished chicken from the broth and cut it on the board. Skin remove if we want jelly less caloric, and if the fatter option is preferred, then leave the skin. Meat separated from the bones and chopped with a knife.
  5. Dissolve 50 g of gelatin in chicken broth. Boil not allowed!
  6. In deep bowls we put chopped chicken meat on the bottom, on round boiled egg rounds, boiled carrots on top and greenery.
  7. Fill the bowls with broth and leave at room temperature, until they cool. Then put in the refrigerator. The jelly will freeze very fast and you can eat it.
